Instructional-Limited Competitive Levels

Our Instructional-Limited Competitive Level focuses on all basic skills and some intermediate skills. There is more emphasis on rules of play, and concepts of teamwork and sportsmanship. Teams will have a practice (approximately 1 hour) most weeks and a weekly game. Score is kept during the games, rules are enforced more strictly (than Instructional Level play) and games will be counted in league standings. Some level of instruction will be used during games especially in the earlier part of the season and anytime to enhance teaching of skills, rules, teamwork or sportsmanship. Coaches will be asked to help “referee” games. 

The initial practice sessions will be held in a “clinic style format” with concentration on basic basketball fundamentals. These practice sessions will be held on Saturday October 17^th & Sunday October 25^th

Grade 4 Boys

·         Games on Sunday afternoons at Morgan Road Elementary Gym. After teams are formed practice schedule will be determined based on availability. Please note: many teams will be assigned practice times on Saturdays.

·         $95.00 per player

·         Player Preview: All players, (including coach's sons) MUST attend Sunday, November 1^st at Morgan Road Elementary gym. A-L report at 3:30 PM, M-Z report at 4:00 PM

·         Team Selection: COACHES ONLY Wednesday, November 4^th at 6:30 PM. at Morgan Road Elem cafeteria

·         Practice begins Sunday November 8^th

Please Note: Registration is limited and will be done on a first come, first served basis. This league will be limited to the first 88 players who sign up. There will be NO exceptions.
